Why We Serve

Why do we do this?

22 Veterans commit suicide each day, and we have the ability to help. We can help by helping Veterans recover, reclaim, and reconnect to society and families. By honoring service, and empowering Veterans, we will create an enriched America.

22 Selfless leaders are lost each day. Men and women who swore to defend our freedoms are taking their own lives because they lack purpose, they feel alone, they can’t figure out what is wrong with them, and self-coping takes place. The path to suicide starts with unhealthy coping mechanisms.

We are here to add tools in the toolbox of healthy coping mechanisms. We provide this in the form of specially trained dogs and horses with Animal Assisted Activities (Music, Art, Yoga, SUP)
